Reforma 222 is a mixed-use complex on Paseo de la Reforma in Mexico City’s Colonia Juárez, designed by prominent Mexican architect Teodoro González de León, who also designed the National Auditorium and the Museo Rufino Tamayo. Construction began in 2004 and the complex opened in November 2007, its three towers ranking among the tallest buildings in the city.
At street level, a glass-covered shopping center spans roughly 173,000 square meters and hosts more than 76 stores, including international brands like Nike, Zara, and Tommy Hilfiger. A food court offers everything from casual burgers to Italian dining, and the complex includes one of the city’s largest Smart Fit gyms with views over Reforma avenue.
Its location on Paseo de la Reforma, one of Mexico City’s main boulevards, makes it an easy stop for travelers exploring the avenue’s monuments and museums, with free WiFi throughout the retail levels.
