Europa Passage is a shopping arcade in the heart of Hamburg, connecting the Binnenalster lake to the Monckebergstrasse shopping street through a series of glass-roofed atriums.

Opened in 2006, the five-level center brings together brand-name retail, restaurants from around the world, everyday services, and a grocery store under one airy, light-filled roof, making it a popular stop for both shoppers and commuters cutting through the city center.

It’s open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 8pm and closed on Sundays; most visitors pass through for 25 minutes to about 1.5 hours depending on how much shopping or dining they plan to do.
