Fremont Street Experience is a five-block pedestrian promenade in downtown Las Vegas, famous for the Viva Vision canopy, the world’s largest video screen. The barrel-vaulted canopy stretches 1,375 feet overhead and displays synchronized light shows powered by 49.3 million LED lights, set to music from artists ranging from The Killers to Green Day.

Beyond the light shows, the street is lined with classic Vegas casinos, street performers, live music, and zip lines that soar above the crowds. Featured Viva Vision shows run nightly on the hour from 6 PM to 2 AM, each lasting six to seven minutes, while general canopy programming runs 24 hours a day.

Admission to the street is free. The best time to visit is between 8 and 10 PM, when the light shows, street performers, and lively atmosphere are all in full swing; weekdays offer a more comfortable, less crowded experience.
